We are happy to accept returns of goods that are faulty or damaged. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with equipment. The Davis standard warranty period is 12 months.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prices are ex-stock and subject to change without notice.
2. Equipment valued in excess of $100 will be invoiced at the time of supply with any backorder equipment being invoiced as the equipment becomes available.
3. A re-stocking charge of 15% will apply for equipment correctly supplied but later returned for credit.
4. Account invoices are payable by the 20th day of the following month unless otherwise agreed by weatherdata.co.nz.
5. Accounts in arrears beyond 30 days may be charged interest at 2.5% per month.
6. All cash sales invoices require prepayment before goods are dispatched.
7. Risk in the equipment passes to the purchaser at the date of delivery, with ownership remaining with Weatherdata.co.nz until payment in full has been made.
8. All orders will be dispatched by courier unless we are advised otherwise at the time.
9. Payment is accepted by $NZ Cash, Cheque, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Internet Deposit or Direct Credit to our bank account. We will email you an invoice detailing bank account details if an Internet Deposit or Direct Credit bank deposit is the method of payment.
WARRANTY POLICY
We warrant our products to be free of defects in components and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one year from the date of original purchase. While we make every effort to carefully manufacture our products to the highest standards of quality, occasionally parts may be found to be missing, defective, or damaged.
If you have a defective part, return the product to us. Include proof of purchase and a fully completed RMA form. During the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, negligence, accident, unauthorised service, or to incidental or consequential damages beyond the products themselves. This warranty and obligations hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of suitability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any consequential damages caused by the failure of our equipment.
